Delta Airlines

The Delta Airlines Group and Speciality Sales Center has provided us with a bulk ticking package which guarantees seating and pricing of tickets for the entire group.  The group is identified as the Orange County Bonaire Group #925200, for reference.  The group will depart from Los Angles International Airport (LAX) on Friday, April 5, 2013 at 10:45 p.m. The trip to Bonaire (BON) has a stop over in Atlanta (ATL). Because this is an international flight, guests are required to be checked-in two (2) hours prior to departure.

Guest are required to have their tickets and a valid United States Passport which does not expire prior to April 13, 2013.  The U.S. Passport will be required for the return trip, as well as registration at Buddy Dive Resort.

The return trip will be on Saturday, April 13, 2013 at 2:59 p.m.  Guests will be transported to the Bonaire Airport in adequate time to check-in, go through customs and pass security.  The return trip has a stop over in Atlanta.  There will be no diving after 3:00 p.m on Friday, April 12, 2013.

It is recommended that you have no more that one (1) piece of baggage to check-in and one (1) carry-on piece of baggage.  See the baggage requirements below.
Baggage and Carry-On's

You may carry on one bag and one personal item at no charge. Please note that all items must easily fit into the overhead bin or under the seat in front of you.

Remember that on the return trip you may have wet items that add weight, or you may purchase personal items that will add weight.  Make accommodations for this.

Carry-On's

Approved Personal Carry-on Items

  • 1 purse, briefcase, camera bag, or diaper bag;
  • or 1 laptop computer (computers cannot be checked and must be carried on); 
  • or 1 item of a similar or smaller size to those listed above. 

Additional Approved Carry-on Items 

You may also carry on the following items, which do not count as personal items: 

  • A jacket or umbrella. 
  • Food or drink purchased after clearing the security checkpoint. 
  • Duty free merchandise. 
  • Special items like strollers, child restraint seats, or assistive devices such as wheelchairs or crutches. 

Carry-on Baggage Size Restrictions

  • Baggage may not exceed 22" x 14" x 9"
  • Baggage must fit easily in the Carry-on Baggage Check, which is located near the check-in counters and at the gate.

Dive Equipment 

It is recommend that the following items be packed in your carry-on baggage so that if your checked-in baggage gets lost or delayed, it will not prevent you from diving and also to protect the condition of the equipment.
